On June the 25th of 2010 took place at Lagos Boatyard the awaited launching of the 6 metre International Rule Acacia, in company of her Owners, Mauricio y Alicia, and a few more friends.
The Acacia slipped down our West slipway line towars the waters of the Dársena de Bouzas, after an integral restoration carried out in our Boatyard during several years.
From here, after a long and rejuvenating rest of many years at our Boatyard, she sailed again, this time in the Ria de Vigo waters, towards Punta Lagoa Marina, where there will be temporarily her home. She is now resting there together with other well known wooden boats of the yard, Tango and Cockade.
